All breeders must have booked and paid for space in the cattle display area prior to the deadlines.

Thanks to your overwhelming response all space is SOLD OUT!

ALL ANGUS BREEDER EXHIBITORS
were required to book space for their displays or show cattle by February 1, 2009

WAF REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

BARN LAYOUTS:
These maps detail stalling for WAF '09 including the Prime Locations purchased. Refer to the Spruce Meadows map to view the location of each barn. These will house all breeder displays (with or without cattle) and all cattle entered in any of the WAF shows.

Day visitors are welcome to tour the cattle displays and attend the shows for free. Updated information will be available on the grounds.

BOOKING OF STALLING SPACE IS SOLD OUT.

• Further information was mailed to all display/exhibitors regarding display set-up, specifications, bedding, etc.

• Entry forms for Forum shows were mailed. Deadline for show entries at no charge: JUNE 5, 2009.

SPECIAL EXHIBITORS FORUM
REGISTRATION

• If you purchased space in the cattle barns, this qualifies you to register for the Exhibitor Package to participate in the World Angus Forum.  You will have opportunity to purchase a maximum of two (2) Exhibitor Packages for the first ten foot (10') display / stall space you order and pay for, plus one (1) for each additional ten foot (10') space purchased and paid for thereafter to a maximum of eight (8) total Exhibitor Packages.  The Exhibitor Package rate is $300.00 and incudes ALL WAF EVENTS HELD AT SPRUCE MEADOWS.  If you booked and paide for your space prior to the dealines, more information on the special Exhibitor Registration Package was sent to you including the password to access registration online or by form.

Free RV camping (no services) available at Spruce Meadows for exhibitors.
Book RV space in advance - refer to your information package.
Please note that on-site camping is for RVs only, no tents - no open fires.
